Meet the HTI Painting Team

Jeff Vanderhoof

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Vanderhoof became Chief Executive Officer of HTI Painting in 2018. As CEO, Jeff coordinates with the HTI Painting team to manage all aspects of the company from estimating to project management to the behind the scenes operations. Jeff began his career in construction during college where he worked on residential renovation projects. He learned planning, teamwork and attention to detail which led him to pursue a degree in Construction Science and Management at Kansas State University. Jeff graduated in 2008 and worked as an estimator/project manager for a local specialty contractor before joining the HTI Family. Jeff brings over a decade of construction experience to HTI Painting.

Erin Ortega

Project Manager

Erin Ortega has been with HTI Painting since 2016. Erin started as a Foreman before becoming Production Manager in 2018. As Production Manager, Erin works with the field employees to ensure HTI Painting delivers a quality project on schedule. Erin started in construction right out of school working on a variety of construction projects including demolition, framing, hanging, finishing, texturing and painting. Having been involved with several different aspects of construction, Erin knows how the projects go together and what it takes to deliver a quality job. Erin brings over 20 years of field experience to HTI Painting.

Ryan Crowell

Estimator

Ryan Crowell started as an estimator with HTI Painting in 2021. Ryan began his construction career while in college working for Hi-Tech Interiors during summer breaks. During his time with Hi-Tech, he learned various aspects of the construction process. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree and pursuing other fields, Ryan decided to return to the construction industry as an estimator.
